Congrats to the Drummond 5th/6th Grade QuizBowl Team! They earned the title of OAAC Area CHAMPIONS today! This is the highest level for elementary. (There are no state competitions at this age.)
Mark your calendars for Friday, March 7th! Start the day off with donuts in the cafeteria from 7:30-8:00 for Pre-K through 6th grade. Then take a walk to the library and go shopping at the Book Fair. Don't forget to watch the students receive awards at the PAWS Assembly in the dome! Before you leave, you may want leave your kids with a dollar for PTA Popcorn Day that afternoon.
The 4th Grade Quiz Bowl Team won the Beta Quiz Bowl Meet at Chisholm Elementary today. They went undefeated this season! Congratulations! We are proud of you!!

The HS Baseball scrimmage that was scheduled for tomorrow, Monday, February 24th has been canceled due to the boys basketball team playing Garber in the Regional Tournament in Okarche at 2:30. We hope you can make the drive to Okarche and cheer on our team!

PICTURE DAY IS COMING SOON!
On Wednesday, February 26th, we will be taking all classroom group photos of Pre-K through 6th grade, all students who have not taken a picture for the yearbook, and any student who has had a picture taken but would like to have a retake. Spring Photos of all Pre-K through 4th Grade will also be taken. Any 5th-12th grade student may also have a Spring photo taken. Please be sure to tell your child if you wish for them to have one taken!
We would like to wish the Drummond Bowling Team good luck as they compete in the STATE TOURNAMENT this Saturday at 9:00am. Oakwood Bowl will have T-shirts for sale if you'd like to purchase one.
The Drummond basketball teams will be traveling to Seiling for the 1st round of the Regional Playoffs on Friday, Feb 21st. Our girls will be playing at 1:00 & our boys will be playing at 7:30. You may purchase tickets online on GoFan. Tickets are sold in two sessions.

The Crossings Christian Scholastic Meet will be Tuesday, February 25th. The bus will leave at 1:30 and return no later than 9:00. Please send money with your student for the concession stand.

Drummond Public Schools will be open and resume classes & activities beginning tomorrow, Thursday, February 20th. Wind chills are forecasted to be much better, but it is still cold. Please ensure students are dressed appropriately for the weather. It's a GREAT DAY to be a BULLDOG!
OSSAA is moving the regional basketball tournament back one day. Instead of starting on Thursday, we will start the tournament on Friday. We will play Friday, Saturday and Monday. Game times and sites to remain the same.
